Koochu delivers within the UK, the Channel Islands, the Republic of Ireland, Europe and certain parts of the rest of the world.

Delivery in the UK will take upto 5 days and for the rest of the world upto 10 days. If we are unable to deliver to you we will contact you immediately.

A signature is requested on delivery. If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card and take your order back. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange redelivery.

Koochu.com offers delivery between 5 to 10 working days depending on the country. Please email us your full address and we will quote you delivery cost by email.

Please Note:

Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements.

Returns

Please return your unwanted item(s) to us within 14 days of purchase in perfect unused and saleable condition, complete with dust bag, and we will give you a full refund or exchange. This will be processed within 10 working days.

If your item(s) is faulty, please email immediately, detailing your name, order reference, and a small description of the fault. We will aim to get beck to you within 2 working days

Postage cannot be refunded unless goods arrived damaged or faulty.

We recommend that you return goods by recorded delivery. We are not responsible for goods that go missing.

On the receipt of goods, your refund/exchange will be arranged.

Once the item(s) has been refunded, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
